    GUIDE is the reasoning engine behind a Marketing Operating System. Its purpose is to organize what a business already knows and continuously transform that knowledge into marketing assets, campaigns, automations, and customer experiences.

    GUIDE does not replace judgment. It remembers the details, surfaces the patterns, and helps the business make sharper marketing decisions over time.

    Getting Started

    Connect GUIDE to your GoHighLevel account.

    Install the GUIDE app from the GoHighLevel Marketplace. This lets GUIDE read your business data and deploy approved assets when you're ready.

    Import your website and existing business assets.

    Add your website, upload documents, or paste content you've already written. GUIDE uses these as evidence, not as raw material to ignore.

    Complete your first Knowledge Vault interview.

    Answer a few questions about your business. GUIDE asks one thing at a time and stops when it understands enough to be useful.

    Review the knowledge GUIDE captures.

    Read through your Knowledge Vault. Correct anything that feels off. The Vault belongs to you, and GUIDE's interpretations are always provisional.

    Create your first campaign.

    GUIDE will suggest a campaign brief based on what it has learned. Edit the brief until it matches your intent.

    Approve assets before publishing.

    GUIDE drafts assets for your review. Nothing deploys without your approval.

    Where a single campaign is planned, produced, reviewed, and prepared for deployment.

    Inherit Work

    Bring in assets that already exist outside GUIDE — from GoHighLevel, Google Drive, uploads, or a simple paste. Inherited work keeps its provenance.

    Capture Knowledge

    Add a new idea, story, or observation to the Knowledge Vault at any time.

    Run Something by GUIDE

    Ask GUIDE to review a piece of copy, a campaign idea, or a customer situation against what it knows about your business.

    Does GUIDE replace GoHighLevel?+
    No. GUIDE is the strategic brain; GoHighLevel is the execution platform. GUIDE understands your business, proposes campaigns, drafts assets, and approves intent. GoHighLevel sends emails, publishes posts, and runs automations.
    Can GUIDE write content automatically?+
    GUIDE can draft content based on what it has learned, but it always waits for your approval before anything is published. You can edit, reject, or rewrite every draft.
    Can I edit anything GUIDE creates?+
    Yes. Campaigns, assets, claims, and the Knowledge Vault itself are all editable. GUIDE's outputs are working hypotheses, not final pronouncements.
    Does GUIDE learn over time?+
    Yes. GUIDE improves its understanding as you add evidence, correct claims, run campaigns, and share results. Learning is continuous and evidence-based.
    Is my business data private?+
    Your data belongs to your workspace, not to any individual user. GUIDE uses it only to serve your business and never shares it between accounts. You can disconnect GUIDE at any time.
    Can I disconnect GUIDE?+
    Yes. You can revoke GUIDE's access to GoHighLevel from your GoHighLevel account settings at any time. Your Knowledge Vault remains available inside GUIDE.
    Can multiple people use GUIDE?+
    Yes. GUIDE supports workspace roles — Owner, Operator, and Contributor — so a team can collaborate while keeping clear boundaries around approval and editing.
